Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. To start a return, email hello@cadmas.co with your order number.
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@cadmas.co and we'll walk you through it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Email hello@cadmas.co with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
